Vacancies Managers

You can set up your vacancies to have Vacancy Managers, these users will be able to view the applications application and can either approve or deny them. You can add two to ensure all applications can be looked at if there are many, or to view the applications together so they are looked at thoroughly.

A drop down of each user will appear for you to select each role for that Vacancy

You can set up an HR user to get a copy of the applications for them to store the information however you do so at your School/college
