Can I request small design amends?
Yes you can and we are always happy to help. However, we do charge for all design amends outside of those covered by your standard SLA. Chargeable design amends include, but are not exclusive to the following:
- Reordering / resizing / moving of page elements
- Additional page elements not included in chosen theme
- Font changes
- Some colour element changes outside of existing theme options
- Logo amends / design
Design work is chargeable at a standard rate of £50+vat per hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours.
