Vacancy Shortlist

Once you have gone through all the steps for your Vacancy and Applications, you will have set up a shortlist for the vacancies, with whom you see fit to offer an interview for the position.

Within your Vacancy Shortlist, you will be able to see the shortlist of candidates you have selected for your vacancy, you can contact them direct from here. Under Settings you can create an Application and Referee email template, to send to both the application and referee. You can set your HR email here too which these emails will be sent from.

You can have an overview of your Vacancy Shortlist, which shows the candidates, what criteria they matched and what shortlists they made it onto. You can have an overview of their application and any comments added by a Vacancy Manager

Under Send Emails is where you can send emails to the successful application and any referees you wish to contact.
