Using the MAT Portal

Use your username and password to access your account.

MAT Portal Dashboard
When you login to your MAT Portal you will see navigation across the top of the page and a main landing area. Within the main landing area of the page you will see latest news and training opportunities.
Information and Actions within Your Schools
To access your list of all schools within your trust, click 'Schools' in the top navigation bar. You will then see a list of all your schools.
On this page you will see specific information:
- Number of Schools
- Compliance Progress % Completion (this is the % completion of audits across all your schools)
- Compliance % (this is the level of compliance reached across all your schools)
Below this, you will see the list of schools with key information and actions available to you.
Click the three vertical dots to see options including;
- View the compliance report for this school
- Log directly into this school account to manage the website, policies or compliance audit
- Print a PDF version of the report
Bulk Actions within MAT Portal
You can also carry out bulk actions within the MAT Portal. Use the checkbox column on the left of the screen to select some or all of your schools. You then have a number of options.
- Export all reports to PDF - this action will generate a combined report of the compliance status of all your schools. This is a great report for sharing with SLT as it contains brief but combined data.
- You can also delete any schools from your account within this section
