Downloading Workbooks and Certificates

What you’ll need: Access to a completed lesson or course in SchudioTV

Workbooks

Some courses in SchudioTV include a workbook to support your learning. These are designed to help you apply what you’re learning directly to your school’s website.

How to download a workbook

1. Open the course in SchudioTV.
2. Progress through the lessons until you reach the Downloads or Resources lesson (usually near the end of the course).
3. Click the workbook link (e.g. Foundation Course Workbook).
4. The workbook will download as a PDF file.

5. Save it somewhere you can easily find it again (e.g. your team drive).

   
   

👉 Tip: The Schudio School Website Software Training (Foundation) course includes a workbook for all CMS users. We recommend completing this as a team exercise.

Certificates

Many SchudioTV courses award a certificate of completion. These certificates are CPD-accredited and can be added to your personal or school CPD records.

How to download your certificate

1. Complete every lesson in the course.
2. Return to the Course Overview page.
3. If the course issues a certificate, a Certificate button will now appear.
4. Click Certificate to download your certificate as a PDF.
5. Save or print it for your CPD file.

Good practice for schools

• Encourage all CMS editors to keep their workbook and certificate on file.
• Add certificates to your school’s CPD records.

• Share workbooks with colleagues so everyone follows consistent processes.

  
  

  

Troubleshooting

• No certificate showing? Double-check every lesson is marked complete.
• Can’t open the PDF? Try downloading again or use a different browser.

• Still can’t find your workbook or certificate? Contact Schudio Support.
