What you’ll need: Access to SchudioTV via CMS or direct login
Common Issues and Fixes
1. I can’t sign in
- Best route: Use your Schudio CMS login and click the SchudioTV / Training link — this signs you in automatically (SSO).
- If you’re logging in directly at schudio.tv:
- Use your school email address.
- Click Forgot Password if needed to reset your details.

2. I can’t see my course
- Check your My Library page in SchudioTV.
- If you’ve enrolled but it’s not showing, make sure you used your school email.
- Try logging out and back in.
3. My video won’t play
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Use another browser (we recommend Chrome or Edge).
- Check your school network isn’t blocking video streaming.
4. My lesson won’t mark as complete
- Ensure you’ve clicked Complete & Continue.
- Refresh the page if the button doesn’t respond.
- If progress still isn’t saving, log out and back in.
5. I can’t find the workbook
- Workbooks are normally in the Downloads or Resources lesson near the end of the course.
- Go back through the lessons and look for download links.
6. My certificate isn’t appearing
- Certificates only unlock once all lessons are marked complete.
- Return to the course and check for any uncompleted lessons.
- Refresh the course overview page after finishing the last lesson.
7. The Schudio Teaching Assistant isn’t showing
- Make sure you’re opening the course in the standard player (not in a pop-up).
- Refresh the course page.
- Try another browser if it still doesn’t appear.
FAQs
Q: Do I have to pay for courses?
The Foundation course is free for all CMS users. Other courses may be free or paid depending on your school’s access.
Q: Can more than one staff member use the same account?
No, each person should use their own login so progress, certificates, and CPD records are accurate.
Q: Can I go back to a course after finishing it?
Yes, you keep access to your courses in My Library, even after completion.
Q: Are certificates CPD-accredited?
- Yes, many of our courses — including the Foundation course — are CPD-accredited.
