Can't See a Feature or Option?
If you can't see a feature or option it's probably because it's not been enabled on your user account. Unfortunately we can't enable these options for you without approval from the lead contact/administrator of your website. The best thing to do is to speak to the person at your organisation with main responsibility for managing the website and ask them to make the changes to your user account.
This policy isn't us being difficult, we're ensuring the security of your account and the access privileges you have set are not interfered with.
