Contact Form Quick Links

A contact form quick link can be used to quickly link to the contact form page, and pre-fill the first field of the contact form (where multiple contacts have been setup).

The quick links are automatically created when the contact is added and are displayed to the right within the contacts table. Available under Requests > Contacts.

Clicking a 'Quick Link' from this page previews how the quick links work and will load the contact form with the relevant contact displayed in the first field.

To use a 'Quick Link' right click the link within the field and select 'Copy Link Address' (Or similar name depending on your choice of browser).

Alternatively left click the link to go to the page and copy the link from the address bar.

This link can then be pasted into the link field of the link tool on any of the content box. (Click here for creating links)

New: Embed Contact Forms on Any Page

We've introduced a new feature that makes it even easier to add contact forms throughout your website.

Head to Requests > Contacts in your Schudio CMS. As before, you can view all of your existing contacts or create new ones.

You'll now notice a new Embed Code option for each contact. Simply copy the embed code for the contact you'd like to use and paste it anywhere on an internal page of your website.

The contact form will automatically pre-select the contact you've chosen. For example, if you use the General Enquiries embed code, General Enquiries will appear as the default selected contact when the form loads. Visitors can still use the dropdown menu to choose a different contact if needed.

This update gives you much more flexibility, allowing you to place contact forms exactly where they're needed. Whether it's on an admissions page, a curriculum page, or a specific department page, visitors can now get in touch with the right person more quickly and easily than ever before.
