How do I reset my password?

Editing Passwords for Students Currently Logged In

Students can reset their passwords from the My Account page:

1. Login to SchudioTV
2. Click avatar in the top-right header
3. Click My Account
4. Select Password on the left menu
5. Input new password under Change Password and Retype Password
6. Input original password under Current Password
7. Click Update

Reset a Forgotten Password

If you can't login because you don't know your password or forgot your password, you can reset it in a few different ways.

Forgot Password Option on the Sign In Page

The Sign In page has a Forgot Password link that students can use to reset their passwords. This link is: https://www.schudio.tv/users/password/new

You can also navigate to this page:

2. Click Sign in on the site header
3. Click Forgot password
4. Input email address
5. Click Submit

Important Considerations

If you are having any issues resetting your password, make sure you:

• Search your Inbox and Spam folder for an email from noreply@notify.thinkific.com
• Make sure that noreply@notify.thinkific.com is whitelisted in your email provider
• Make sure you use the Forgot Password option at https://www.schudio.tv/users/password/new
