Job Applications

This section can be found under Attract > Vacancy Recruitment > Job Applications.

This gives you an overview of who has applied for the vacancies publish on your website.

The overview shows you their first and last name, the vacancy they have applied for, what stage they are at with submitting their vacancy, and what date their application was submitted or last edited.

You can also, when viewing their application set it to be viewed or printed. This can let other people know that the vacancy has been viewed/printed so may not need to be looked at by them. You can also use the red bin if you want to delete their application
